The actual Holy bible is a vital book in the Christian faith. Christianity’s beliefs are well-grounded in the Bible verses, and it is not likely to change anytime soon. It’s been exactly the same for many thousands of years and still stands today – the Bible serves as the foundation of Christianity across the world.

Therefore it only makes sense to check out the Holy bible and ask about the single most debatable subjects of contemporary times, the nature of good and evil. What does the Holy bible say about being good? Exactly what does the Holy bible state regarding evil? How easy could it be to believe in God’s goodness and salvation when just about all you see everywhere, in today’s world, are evil done and evil being done and evil yet to be done? The thing is, God created good things and nothing else.

According to the Holy bible, God created everything good in this world. However evil exists. But if God created good things and good things only, how did evil figure in all of this?

John had the answer and he wrote this very clearly in the Holy bible. The Holy bible passage read, “We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.” (1 John 5:19)

This is not your Harry Potter. There’s indeed an “evil one”, and his name is Satan. It was mentioned in the Holy bible passage Matthew 13:19.

God is the source of goodness, while Satan is the cause of evil. The Holy bible states this very clearly and in an ideal world no one would challenge the source of evil and associate it with God’s goals for Mankind. But there are individuals who choose uncertainty over faith. Regardless of what the Bible says, these individuals form theory after theory questioning why God created good and evil, that evil exists because there is goodness, or goodness exists because there is evil, that kind of Yin and Yang theory.

A lot of individuals who believe all of this theorizing have some type of traumatic experience in the past, making them the probable candidate to believe such talk. They have past issues they choose to run away from and take refuge in convenient beliefs. One of these beliefs is that God created both good and evil.

However a real Christian has his faith and beliefs grounded in the Bible verses, and the Holy bible says that God created good things and nothing else. All evil in this world is the work of Satan. We should have confidence in God instead of doubting Him. Nobody likes to get the blame for something he did not do.
